Why have my points been refunded after I have submitted a claim?

Once you have submitted a claim, we will process a transfer through our rewards partner with the email address and phone number that you have submitted. If our rewards partner is unable to deliver the reward, it is likely due to an error (e.g. email invalid or phone number does not exist, etc.). We would suggest submitting another claim.
